Good afternoon, everyone. A warm welcome here from Frankfurt from our head office. I'm here together with my colleagues, Achim Schreck and Muhamad Chahrour. Very proud to invite you today to the first strategy day of this year.

We have recently published a few figures on our 2026 plan, and we received a lot of positive comments and feedbacks. However, a few questions and the request to drill down a bit more and give comfort and more color to those KPIs, so that's the idea of our -- today's strategy day.

My colleague, Muhamad Chahrour, and I, we will split a bit. I will start with the first part. We are doing 4 parts today. Mu will take over the second. I'm going to continue with the third. And then Mu is going to finish with the fourth one. I will rather speak a bit about the past and more about the present, and Mu will obviously elaborate on the future of our strategy and how to do.
