Good morning. I'm Debra Crew, and I am delighted to be here today to have the chance to introduce myself to many of you who may not know me. I joined the Board of Diageo just over 18 months ago, serving as a nonexecutive director and was impressed by what I saw. So much so that when Ivan offer me the opportunity to become more involved in the company, I jumped at it.
So when Deirdre retired at the end of June, I stepped off the Board, and I became President of Diageo's North American business. As you can see from my background, I have spent my career working in the consumer products industry. Most recently, I was President and CEO of Reynolds American. And prior to that, I had roles at PepsiCo, Kraft, Nestlé and Mars.
