Let's get started with our afternoon presentations. Hopefully, everyone had a nice lunch. Our next presenter is KeyCorp. As most of you know, Key is headquartered in Cleveland. Assets over $140 billion. On the consumer side, they operate in 15 states. On the commercial side, traditional banking products as well as expertise in 7 industry verticals. I'm sure we'll hear about Laurel Road, the new digital platform, with that deal closing, I believe, in the second quarter. Very pleased to have with us Chris Gorman, who, on September 19, was appointed President, COO and member of the Board, and then on May 1 of next year, will become Key's next Chairman and CEO. So congratulations, Chris. Chris joined Key over 20 years ago, came from Macdonald & Company, has spent a lot of his time on the commercial banking side of Key, was really integral in the integration of First Niagara a few years ago.
