Good morning. Why don't we go ahead and get started. My name is John Pitzer, I head up Credit Suisse's research in the semiconductor and semiconductor capital equipment sector. I'd like to welcome everyone to day 2 of our 24th Annual TMT Conference.
It's my pleasure this morning to introduce the management team of Microchip Technology. At least virtually, we've got Steve Sanghi, the Chief Executive Officer; we have Ganesh Moorthy, President and COO; we've got Eric Bjornholt, the Chief Financial Officer. Steve is going to go through a presentation of maybe 10 or 15 minutes in length, and then we'll have the remainder of the period to ask fireside questions.
