Thank you. Well, first off, welcome, wow, what a turnout here in Mahwah, New Jersey. If you remember, you go back a couple of years ago, the last time we did this, the environment was a little bit different. So the turn out looked a little bit different. So I appreciate making the effort to be with us in person. I think it's going to be a lot of fun today. Thank you to those on the webcast as well for joining us.
So let's jump into the agenda here. You can see we have a variety of topics with a variety of speakers. I think we'll cover a lot of ground this afternoon.
