Good morning. I'm Doug Satzman, Chief Executive Officer of XpresSpa Group, Inc. I will be serving as the chair of today's meeting. On behalf of the Board of Directors and the management of XpresSpa Group, I welcome you to the 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of XpresSpa Group, Inc. We appreciate your attendance today at today's virtual meeting.
As you know, as a result of the continuing public health and travel risks and concerns due to COVID-19, we made the decision to conduct our 2020 annual meeting in a virtual-only format via this live webcast. We thank all of our stockholders for their understanding and flexibility during this unprecedented time.
It is now shortly after 11:00 on October 28, 2020, and in accordance with the notice of the meeting, I call the Annual Meeting of Stockholders to order. And I declare the polls open for the matters to be voted on by our stockholders at today's virtual meeting.
