And good morning as well. I'm Jim Hoffman, Chairman of the Board of Directors of YRC Worldwide. Welcome to our 2019 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Before I introduce certain of the attendees at today's virtual meeting, I want to take a moment and acknowledge Board member, Michael J. Kneeland, who is retiring from the Board effective today. On behalf of the entire Board, I'd like to thank Mr. Kneeland for his more than 7 years of dedicated service, including 6 years as Chair of our Compensation Committee. Thank you, Michael.
