Timah Resources Ltd engages in the generation of renewable energy power. The company along with its subsidiary owns and operates a Biogas Renewable Energy Plant in Malaysia with an export capacity of up to 3.5 Megawatt. The Plant is located at Sandakan in the State of Sabah, Malaysia. The Plant uses Palm Oil Mill Effluent to produce Methane Gas, which is then used as fuel to run Gas Engines to generate green and renewable energy.
