The principal activities of the company consist of investment, property development and construction, property management, investment trading, provision of horticultural services, and investment holding and management. The company has three reportable segments: Property investment, which includes investments in investment properties; Property development and construction, which develops retail and residential units, including the sale of residential units, and construction of a hotel; and Property management, which provides maintenance and management services.
