Transocean Partners LLC was formed on February 6, 2014, to own, operate and acquire modern, technologically advanced offshore drilling rigs. The Company's drilling units in the fleet are currently located in the United States, Gulf of Mexico. Its initial assets consists of approximately 51 percent interest in the RigCos that own and operate three ultra-deepwater drilling rigs operating in the U.S. Gulf of Mexico.
