MMG Ltd is a base metals mining company headquartered in Australia and listed in Hong Kong. It explores, develops and operates mines producing copper, zinc, cobalt, gold, silver, molybdenum and lead. Its principal operations include Las Bambas, a large open-pit copper and molybdenum mine in the Apurimac region of Peru; Kinsevere, a copper mine in the Democratic Republic of Congo; Dugald River and Rosebery, zinc mines in Australia; and Khoemacau, a copper-silver mine in Botswana. The company sells mineral concentrates to smelters and traders, generating most of its revenue from copper, with Las Bambas its largest contributor. MMG is majority-owned by China Minmetals Corporation and operates assets across Australia, Africa and South America, serving global metals markets.
