Charles Bobrinskoy of Ariel Investments talks about Federal Reserve policy and the U.S. stock market. Bobrinskoy talks with Margaret Brennan on Bloomberg Television's "InBusiness."

Charles discussed the Fed policy announced yesterday.

He stated that stocks are on sale today and they are “buyable” today.
