MidAmerican Chairman and NetJets CEO David Sokol recently appeared on Bloomberg to discuss the economy and the turnaround at NetJets.Among the topics covered the guarantee NetJets/Berkshire Hathaway have with its customers in which if a customer gets in financial difficulty, NetJets buys back its airplanes within 90 days. An interesting conversation in the interviews arises when the co-founder and former executive criticized some of the strategic moves Sokol has been making such as not upgrading its fleet and recent debt reduction.
