Value investor Whitney Tilson, of T2 Partners, shares his best blue-chip stock picks for the fourth quarter.
He discussed his view on BP and ADP.
On BP, he remains bullish even though the stock has risen a great deal since he purchased the stock. He estimates the intrinsic value of the company is well north of $50 per share.
Tilson likes ADP the payroll processor as well. He said the company is one of the few company that has an “AAA” credit rating. Even though the stock is traded at a P/E ratio of 17, a bit higher as a value stock, he is willing to pay up as the macro factor will help the stock in the near future.
