For those of you living under a rock, Warren Buffet’s annual shareholder letter came out today. I’ve only skimmed through it so far, but I found something interesting: a recommended reading list on page 23. From memory, I don’t remember him providing that in prior letters (though it’s been a year since I read one!).

Anyway, at the top of his recommended reading list is The Outsiders. I’ve mentioned how much I enjoyed this book several times, so if you haven’t read it yet go check it out (the book encouraged me to read John Malone’s story Cable Cowboys, which I also really enjoyed.)

Next up is a plug for his friend Carol Loomis’ new book, Tap Dancing to Work.

Finally, Buffett recommends Bogle’s new book The Clash of the Cultures and Investing Between the Lines. I haven’t read either, but between the lines especially looks interesting to me. It’s next on my reading list, and I’ll report back how I liked it after I read it.
