On April 1, 2020, we completed the acquisition of privately held exocad Global Holdings GmbH (exocad). To reflect this addition of exocad into our operations as of Q2 '20, we have renamed the Scanner and Services segment to Imaging Systems & CAD/CAM Services or Systems and Services.
