Great. So why don't we get started. Good morning, everybody. Thanks for joining us. I'm Tim Wojs, and I cover building products here at Baird. And we're excited to have the management team of Allegion with us again today at our conference.
Allegion is one of the largest global mechanical and electromechanical security providers. From the company, we Dave Petratis, who's Chairman, President and CEO.
