Good. Next up, my pleasure to introduce here for the first time at this conference in his current role, Richard Tobin, President and Chief Executive of Dover Corporation. Richard became Chief Executive 7 or 8 months ago. So I think there's a sense of obviously a lot of change afoot at the company, which looks very different today. First as when I presented at this conference 4 or 5 years ago, a lot of change in the portfolio, and now, I guess, a lot of change in the way the company's managed operationally.
