Maybe talk about how comfortable you are with the operating processes of the company. You recently resegmented the business in late 2019, so that's generated some changes. And yes, I'll leave it there.

Sure, Julian. I think, I don't know comfortable is the word, but I am relatively pleased with the progress we've made after the last couple of years. We tested the management team early in 2018 with a relatively large restructuring of the organization post the spin-off of what is now Apergy, and that was successfully accomplished.
