Good morning. We're going to get started. I'm Budd Bugatch with Raymond James, and it's my pleasure and privilege to welcome you to The Home Depot presentation and session at our 40th Annual Institutional Investors Conference.
With us today from the company, we've got Ted Decker, Senior Vice President of Merchandising; Tim Walsh from the IR department; Lyndsey Burton from the IR department; and I think Charles Wilson, Regional Vice President. So welcome to all of you.
