All right. Good morning, everyone. I'm a Doug Schenkel, one of the health care analysts here at Cowen. Welcome to our presentation and fireside chat with Hologic. Up on stage with us, we have Karleen Oberton, who is Hologic's Chief Financial Officer; and Mike Watts, Vice President of Investor Relations.
Just to give you a roadmap for the next half hour, Karleen's going to run through some prepared remarks for the next 10, 15 minutes, something like that; then we'll transition into our traditional fireside chat format. Really, we're going to focus a lot on Hologic's key growth drivers, if time permits, in this session. We'll then dig into some of the margin expansion story and capital deployment priorities.
