Good morning, everybody. Welcome to the first day of conference. I want to kick things off. I have Nasdaq's President and CEO, Adena Friedman. Under Adena's leadership, Nasdaq continues to pivot towards some of the faster growth areas within capital markets, such as market technology, data and analytics. These initiatives are materializing in solid results with the Nasdaq's nontransactional organic revenue growth reaching high single digits for the first 3 quarters 2019 and a healthy full year.
In addition, management has been improving capital flexibility resulting in a higher share repurchase while maintaining core capital (inaudible) organic growth as well.
