So thank you, Lisa. So as Lisa mentioned, you saw last week, Mike announced he was going to be moving on, and I just wanted to say a couple of things upfront. First and foremost, I want to thank Mike. What many of you may not know is when I was considering joining ServiceNow, I asked to meet with Mike because I knew from my prior experience how important that CEO/CFO relationship was. And Mike and I met in Menlo Park down at the Jasper Ridge offices. And Mike said to me, "You know, John, my passion is taking small companies and growing them.
