So I guess what I'd like to start here is just you've been in the role about 2 years and a little over 2 years, I think. And could you just walk us through sort of what you set out to accomplish as you joined? There's been a lot of changes at the company, a lot of them strategic in terms of markets you're focused on and so forth. Could you help us understand sort of where you are along that process of transformation of the company? And then more importantly, kind of how we think about things going forward now that's -- now that we're 2 years in
