Good morning, and thank you for joining us on today's call to discuss the positive outcome of the interim efficacy analysis from our Phase III HARMONY study evaluating pimavanserin in the treatment of dementia-related psychosis. On today's call, Steve Davis, our Chief Executive Officer, will provide opening remarks. Following Steve, Dr. Serge Stankovic, our President, will discuss the Phase 3 HARMONY trial. Michael Yang, our Chief Commercial Officer, will provide comments on our commercial preparation for dementia-related psychosis. Following Steve's closing remarks, we will conduct a Q&A session.
