So I'll first give you a high-level overview of Astria Therapeutics and what we're doing and what our vision is for the company. And then move into a discussion of our lead program, STAR-0215.
So at Astria, we are a company that is focused in the area of allergy and immunology. Our lead program is STAR-0215. It is a monoclonal antibody inhibitor of an enzyme called plasma kallikrein, which is a clinically validated target for the treatment of hereditary angioedema or HAE.
