Good morning. We're excited to share today a comprehensive update on our Gaucher disease program, including clinical and regulatory progress. You'll also meet Ariana, shown here, a 9-year-old living with Gaucher disease type 3 alongside her mom, a full-time caregiver, Veronica. Ariana is confined to a wheelchair on a ventilator and fed through a feeding tube and continues to progress despite treatment.
