Good morning, everyone, and thank you for joining us at Needham's 16th Annual Technology and Media Conference. My name is David Saxon and I'm one of the research analysts on the med tech and diagnostics team here at Needham.
With me today is Brooks Automation's President and CEO, Steve Schwartz; CFO, Lindon Robertson. And we also have Dave Jarzynka, President of the semis group, and already named CEO of the to-be-completed semis company post- the split. And we also have on the line, David Pietrantoni, who is currently Corporate Controller but will be the CFO of the new semis business.
