Yeah. Hi. Good morning, everyone, and thanks for attending the State of the Union call. The first one we've ever had as well as the goal here is to give an update on the overall business as well as the Sundry acquisition integration and the strategy after the first 60 days of owning it. We're also going to give an update on wholesale revenues as we are selling in for the fall markets.
We're also going to give an update on e-commerce marketing and our upcoming launches for one, the membership program; two, a license deal we signed with an off-price retailer for Bailey 44; and three, an affiliate MLM launch campaign. And all this will lead to updates on our EBITDA-positive nature in July and going forward.
