She has more than 25 years of finance and capital markets experience. Prior to this, she served as a member of DocuSign's Board and was Chair of the Audit Committee. She also served as CFO of Pivotal. Prior to that, led Corp Dev at Twitter and was a Managing Director in Morgan Stanley's Technology business.
