So why don't we just get right into Q&A? I think we'll start bigger picture, Marc. EDAP has a great technology here in Focal One, made the strategic decision a couple of years ago to really focus on this technology in the HIFU segment. It was a pretty strong move. Maybe take us briefly through all that's unfolded here in the last couple of years and all that you and the team have accomplished.
