All right. We're going to go ahead and get started. My name is Brian Peterson. I'm the application software analyst here at Raymond James. Very happy to have Everbridge back with us today. Vern and Patrick, maybe to kind of kick off, I think some people in the room are newer to the Everbridge story, so maybe a couple of minutes on just a brief intro here.

Sure. I'll jump in first. I'm Patrick Brickley, CFO and Co-CEO with Vernon, who is our Chief Revenue Officer, and Everbridge is a SaaS, mission-driven team. Our mission is to help our customers keep their people safe and keep their businesses running faster. We do that today with a suite of solutions, which we call Critical Event Management, which is a category that we've created.
