Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to this Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Fennec Pharmaceuticals Inc. I'm Khalid Islam, the Chairman of the Board of the company, and I'll be chairing this meeting, which I now call to order. We'll begin with the formal legal business of the meeting. After the formal business has been concluded, Mr. Rosty Raykov, our CEO will provide a presentation on the company's business progress. Following the presentation, we will hold a question and answer session where you'll have an opportunity to ask questions.
As Chairman, I appoint Randy Taylor to act as secretary and scrutineer for this meeting. [Mongolin] will act as in-person scrutineer combination. The notice calling this meeting, together with the related management information circular dated April 20, 2022, and a form of proxy was mailed to shareholders as required by statute.
I received a statutory declaration from [Broadrick] attesting to the mailing, and I direct the secretary to touch a declaration to the minutes of this meeting.
