Good morning. Welcome to the 2019 Annual Stockholders Meeting of Gladstone Investment Corporation. My name is Michael LiCalsi. I'm the General Counsel and Secretary of Gladstone Investment. With me I have in the call, Nicole Schaltenbrand, she's our Acting Principal Financial Officer of the company; Erich Hellmold, he's our Assistant General Counsel; Audrey Wilson; and [Melinda Plummer] from our paralegal team here at Gladstone Investment.
