Welcome, everybody. We appreciate you joining us today. In accordance with our bylaws, I shall act as Chairperson of this meeting. I am Andrew Allen, the President and Chief Executive Officer of Gritstone Oncology. I'm joined by Rahsaan Thompson, Executive Vice President, and General Counsel, who will act as Secretary of this meeting. We're hosting our annual meeting virtually, which we believe allows us to be more inclusive and reach a greater number of our stockholders. We'll conduct the business portion of our meeting first. After the conclusion and adjournment of the formal business, we'll answer questions submitted via the web portal.
