Thanks very much. I'm proud to be here today representing HUB Cyber Security. I'm relatively new to the company. I've only been with HUB for about three months. Briefly about me, I've spent the last 27 years building high-tech companies. I've started three venture-backed companies. I've led transformation at two Fortune 50 companies and did a multibillion-dollar problem providence equity roll-up in 2009 timeframe.
HUB Cyber Security, it's an Israeli company. The technology is highly differentiated. We'll talk about it a bit. It came out of Israel's 8200 which is the elite cyber security force that does both offensive and defensive work for Israel. And the company has evolved from a start-up to basically think of it as a roll-up. We'll talk a little bit about all of the acquisitions that were made, and just went public in March on Nasdaq as a SPAC.
