In an effort to be efficient, we are holding the special meeting as an entirely virtual meeting similar to last year's annual meeting. I'm Steve Shum, CEO as well as a member of the Board of Directors. It is now 12:00 PM, Eastern Time, on December 26, 2023, and this meeting will please come to order. Also participating in this meeting are Andrea Goren, Chief Financial Officer; Mr. Greg Carney of Sheppard Mullin, Counsel to the company; and Jim Raitt of American Election Services, LLC, who has been appointed as Inspector of Election for the meeting. Certain members of the Board of Directors are also participating in this virtual meeting. I will act as Chairperson of the meeting, and Mr. Carney will act as a Secretary of the meeting.
