So I guess I'm going to start with the fourth quarter, you saw a significant headwind from increased respiratory illnesses in children, COVID, but also RSV and the flu. Can you just kind of recap what happened, what you were seeing, and maybe give us an update if possible on what you've seen since then? Have the headwinds eased or did they continue to spill into the first quarter?
