Good morning, and welcome to the 2023 Annual Meeting of Shareholders for Koss Corporation. I'm Michael Koss, Chairman of the Board and CEO of Koss. I will chair today's meeting. It's my pleasure to welcome you.
Thank you for joining us today. We're excited to be hosting our virtual meeting. We will conduct the business portion of the meeting, and you may ask questions through the portal. We may not be able to answer the questions during the meeting, but we'll do our best to address any unanswered questions via e-mail. In keeping with the digital approach to this year's meeting, it is now shortly after 8:00 AM Central Daylight Time on October 18, and this meeting is officially called to order.
I'd like to introduce the other members of the Board at today's meeting, Thomas Doerr, Steven Leveen, William Sweasy, and Lenore Lillie. I would also like to acknowledge 17 years of faithful service and dedication by Director, Ted Nixon, who decided not to stand for reelection to our Board this year.
