Thank you. Good morning, everyone. My name is Steve Paul, Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman of Karuna Therapeutics. The meeting is now called to order. I've asked Mia Kelley, our Vice President of Legal Affairs, to record the minutes.
It is a pleasure to welcome our shareholders and visitors to the annual meeting of Karuna Therapeutics. This meeting is being held in accordance with the corporation's bylaws and Delaware law. In light of public health concerns surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, we are conducting the annual meeting virtually this year instead of in-person to protect the health and safety of our shareholders, directors and employees.
