Thank you very much. With me today is our President and Chief Financial Officer, Shanoop Kothari.
About LuxUrban Hotels, we are a hotel operator currently in five high density major metropolitan cities, New York City, Washington DC, New Orleans, Miami Beach, and Los Angeles, California. We are both in part a real estate acquisition company as well a hotel operator. We acquire our hotels through long-term master lease agreements. Target duration of our leases, between 25 and 35 years, focused exclusively on high density urban core markets on major traveled areas.
Again, today five city footprint, with the view to expand into Boston and London in the coming months. We acquire these hotels again
