Good morning, and welcome to the 2020 Annual Shareholders Meeting of MiMedx Group. Thank you for joining us today. My name is Kathy Behrens, and I'm Chair of the Board. I want to express appreciation on behalf of the Board of Directors and management of the company for your attendance today.
Pursuant to the bylaws of our company, I will act as chair of the meeting. William, or Butch, Hulse, Corporate Secretary of the company, will act as secretary of the meeting. In my capacity as chair of the meeting, I now call this annual meeting to order.
