Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Joseph Swedish and I am the Non-Executive Chairman of Mesoblast Limited. I'm joining you today from the United States and the state of Arizona, and we'll be chairing this meeting virtually. It is just past the appointed time. And as we have a quorum present in the room.
