Welcome, everybody. A lot of you have been here before, so you know that the formal part of the meeting, we go through pretty quickly so we can open it up to questions and answers. A lot of the formal part is very rote, so I read from the script, so I apologize if that bores you, but I'll be very quick.
Good morning, everyone. I'm John Hannan, Chairman of the Board of Apollo Investment Corporation. I would like to welcome all of you in person to the 2019 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
