I know we were discussing it earlier a little bit. Maybe you could just walk us through how you're coming off the numbers and the results and so forth. Maybe you compare that with just maybe a little bit of description, your 3 lines of business and how they all play together, and some of the key drivers and trends about where you're at today, what you see, going forward, especially in this COVID environment and challenging labor supply environment. So maybe you could just discuss some of those trends as well as you walking through the business lines.
