Good morning. It is my pleasure to welcome you to the Reconvened Virtual Meeting of the 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Organovo Holdings, Inc., which we refer to as the company. Again, we are holding this meeting virtually due to concerns regarding COVID-19.
It is now 9:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time, and the meeting will please come to order. My name is Keith Murphy, and as Executive Chairman, I will be the chairperson over this meeting. In accordance with the bylaws, I will act as Chairperson of this meeting, and Tom Jurgensen will act as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for this meeting.
