I'm now going to turn it over to Vik to go through a presentation. And Vik, maybe just to start off before you go in, what attracted you to joining PRA?

Well, I've been -- I was -- I left Citi in 2013, 2014. I got a cold call one day to see if I would be interested in coming onboard as a Board member at PRA. And it was -- met with the team. It was a fantastic team that I engage with. The business is really intellectually truly stimulating.
