It's great to see everyone, and those of you on Zoom or phone. Thanks for joining us, and I hope you can hear me well.

Today with me, we have Kevin Waters, our Chief Financial Officer; Sham Shiblaq, our Chief Commercial Officer; and Barry Templin, our Senior Vice President of Clinical and Medical Affairs. Sham will introduce the surgeons, who will speak later.
