El-Erian thinks that the market is correctly skeptical about the Bank of Japan's aggressive policies designed to kick start inflation in the country.

Why is the market right to be skeptical?

El-Eriank thinks that there is still a lack of clarity on what if any actual structural reform is going to take place. The big liquidity moves are a bridge to somewhere, not a permanent solution. For that there needs to be structural reform.
