Welcome, ladies and gentlemen, to the 2022 annual meeting of the stockholders of Riot Blockchain. My name is Benjamin Yi, Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors. At this time, I would like to call this meeting to order. Thank you for joining us today for this virtual stockholders' meeting via the web portal link provided to you in our proxy materials.
After successfully hosting both our 2020 and 2021 annual stockholders meeting virtually, we made the decision to host this year's stockholders' meeting virtually as well. We believe holding our meeting virtually is in the interest of the health and safety of our stockholders, and provides greater access to those stockholders who may be unable to travel to an in-person meeting.
To facilitate this year's virtual meeting, we have engaged Broadridge Financial Solutions. We will conduct today's meeting in our usual order pursuant to the agenda on the landing page of the virtual meeting portal.
